PvP crafting capped at 200!?

Exclusive to Red99:
Capped tradeskills at 200.


is this still true?
If so how much would Haze Panther Gear (http://https://wiki.project1999.com/Haze_Panther_Skin) 335 skill would fail at 200?

is it even possible to craft haze panther gear on project 99 red?

u can get to 250 but only 1 tradeskill can get there, the rest are capped at 200

once u hit 201 u are stuck as well u cant go back down
