Login Times out or Server list is empty 100% of the time

Title. Every time I try to log in either the login attempt times out or when it lets me in the server list is empty. Any ideas?

Seems like if I have my VPN running it connects no issue. Any ideas why it will only work with a VPN going?

Temporary routing issue on your ISPs side. These happen sporadically to people, calling them is worthless because Tier 1-2 have no idea wtf you're talking about and by the time you get your ticket escalated it'll have been corrected on the back end anyway. Usual recommendation is to just wait a week or two and use a VPN or mobile hotspot in the interim.
