View Full Version : Paladin Farming

I'm looking at ways to increase my platinum from 152p. The platinum making guides seem to all be made from the perspective of not a paladin. Does anyone have any advice on spots to farm some plat? Things take forever to kill solo, assuming I can kill it at all.

Paladins aren't that great at farming in general. What's your level?

OMG that post was so funny! You must be a famous comedian. Do you have any more jokes about Paladins?

Honestly, the material writes itself.

Paineel guards. Slaughter in warrens for awhile to get your faction up so you can sell and bank there. You need amiably so you can get the lift key from a guard.

Once set you can kill guards and make 500pp/hour pretty easily until you hit 60 and can camp better nameds on pally

Good luck

Paineel guards would be your best bet but they're usually camped prime time. You can also camp the Treants in SK but mostly camped also. Not a whole lot of great spots for a Paladin even at 60. Best bet would be to hit 60, start raiding with DKP and use the DKP for high ticket items to sell.

Any place that drops fine steel with a vendor nearby. An earthshaker helps if you can find a lot of low level spawns that meet the criteria.

Droga is a great place to make consistent cash 50+. If you spend an hour or more, I would recommend not looting the fs weapons and save the inventory slots for goblin armor as it sells from ~11-33p per item. Decent amount of stackable gems and also skins/salt drop. Skins drop fairly often and sell well to players. Having an OT hammer is nice to either get out quickly when you want to leave or to get back to there quickly since it's a short run from HH. Nothing undead unfortunately, but at 54 you should be able to rip through them fairly quickly. You won't get exp here at 54, this is a terrible recommendation of you're also looking for exp.

I think your best bet is to join a good guild and raid for good gear.

Or make a farming class.

Except in cases where you need a class specific ability (like a Druid's ports) you should be able to follow those types of guides just at a higher level than a stronger solo class can do it. That won't necessarily do any favors for your experience gain rates if stuff is greening out, but such a trade-off commonly occurs for solo melee classes in this game.

Good ol' trusty Sol A goblins. They took away blocks but they still drop bricks, fine steel and gems, plus there's a vendor inside and outside.
