According to some sites on the web (as well as fuzzy memories from Live), NPCS such as various Golems and Goos can drop spells. In P99, I've done a lot of killing in CoM, and never got a spell drop yet. Once of these things must be true:
A) These spell drops went in when CoM was revamped (after Kunark, maybe even after Velious, can't recall)
B) The drops are quite rare and I have not been lucky.
C) It is a bug in P99 that needs to be addressed.
Anyone know which is correct?
