Problem reinstalling

After a fresh install of Titanium, I am unable to access the P1999 game files - p99files53.zip

For some reason I am not permitted to access the files directory at all. Any suggestions?

I just had the same problem and copying/pasting the link (instead of clicking it) in a new window fixed it.

Maybe post this is the "Technical Discussion" forum instead of "Starting Zone"??? Low IQ strikes again.

It's also that your post is delayed until manually approved due to your low post count (<5 I think). It's to prevent spamming and bots etc.
