Go sit in KC and /ooc that you're looking for it. People let it rot all the time and the majority of people who are looting it are vendoring it not selling it to players. Alternatively go look on vendors in FV.

yah i tried doing that but it seems like everyone is trying to gun it in the EC tunnel
