I found (in E. Cabillis) vendor that sells bottles of milk, but looks like there is not Ration available in the zone. What should I buy for food.

And I know Ixar can Forage. I just like to buy few stacks of water and food and then I don't have to worry about this any more for a while...

In Cabilis....between the monk guild and the bank. There are three houses with NPCs. The left one has an NPC that sells blacksmithing supplies (and you need water for that). Called Sweetzie or so. Only place to buy flask of water in cabilis :)

You can buy food at the big marketplace area.....I usually buy fish cakes or whatever they are called. No rations in cabilis

There is a food and drink vendor in the West Cabalis shanty town.

It’s just called a town in cabalis that’s how they do it.

No rations there because they mostly eat dwarfs, gnomes, halflings and any elf’s or humans they can get their hands on.

I loved getting food that lasted longer back in good old days. I felt so elite vs clowns with rations and water flasks.

I liked to get bread loaf and milk though. Standard duration but cheaper and more stylish. Also fits better with my halfling lifestyle.

Water from the house on the left between the bank and monk guild. (7 on map)

Note you don't need water if you don't want mana regen.
