guildmate unable to see Green server

A guildmate is unable to see Green on the server list...and he says he can't see the forums, either. Any suggestions?

"My computer did a windows update >one drive<. Now I cannot bring up p99 help site and green server is not on the list."

-Manually specify DNS servers to Google Public DNS (Primary 8.8.8.8, Secondary 8.8.4.4)

-Flush DNS cache.
1) Run cmd.exe as admin
2) Type ipconfig /flushdns

-Reboot
