Pretty much a useless spell for a Necro. If the mob is feared and snared you don't need it. If the mob is not feared and snared, you're just going to pull agro with it. Save the mana for lifetaps.

for a necro...i wouldn't depend on it

it lowers the mob's AC but other than that it does no damage

sometimes its helpful for pulling

Lowering a mobs AC is effectively the same as raising your ATK. Both increases average melee damage over time.

I wouldn't pop it on a mob (if you are a necro), it generates a lot of aggro

its kinda of a useless spell in my opinion

Along side disease cloud, it's a spell that SKs use in order to generate aggro

yes but it isn't mana efficient

Outside of some raid situations where many melee-types are engaging a mob it's not worth the mana most likely, and certainly not worth a gem slot on a necro.
