Greetings, fellow adventurers!
The dev team was able to resolve an issue with the /surname command earlier this afternoon that was preventing players from requesting surnames, even if the name passed the naming filter. The command now once again works as expected.
If you had a petition submitted in the queue requesting help setting a new surname that the /surname command denied, the petition has been closed since you can now utilize the command again.
