Iksar Warriors - is Trooper Scale armor (Iksar warrior quest armor) in the game yet?

I was speaking with someone yesterday that said he'd read something about trooper scale armor not being in the game yet. I found this odd, so I wanted to confirm with anyone that has knowledge - is this armor set currently in the game? It's decent armor for Iksar warriors, so it would be very nice to know if it's currently in the game. :)

I don't see any answer to the question there.

And no, all the iksar class armor quests don't seem to be in-game yet. Weapon questlines are.

No, iksar class armor quests weren't added till fall of 2000, I forget which of Sept/Oct/Nov

Which would line up with fall of 2000.

Yeah it would be the various Kunark iksar class armors. Dreadscale, Scaled Mystic, Trooper Scale and Sparring Armor.
