I just kinda sit there while the other guy nukes, or punches me. I used to get all excited, prebuff and med and be all sneaky trying to engage the other guy while he's fighting mobs and stuff.

Now if someone runs up to me I may/wave. Sometimes if they attack me and I feel spicy I will pumice them some but I don't usually fight back.

if you can't manage to join a guild and make friends then ya, i guess red would come across as toxic to some sensitive people. still better than waiting in a list to play the game, the eq experience is better here on red. the unstable weed themselves out after a few pvp deaths, corpse camping is pretty rare and actually against the few rules that exist for red.

Guys I logged in and there was so much pvp going on it was like counter strike for elf simulation was so much. Server really good right now come be a part of this just never ending fun.

I totally agree red is the Best Server.

It's a lot of fun, just stay low lvl and hang out in blackburrow or cb then make an alt and level up some more and twink your guy in CB and you will win some fights easy.

And yeah when the rare pvp happens it’s kinda like yeah man no problem feel free to slay my guy for old times sake.

I still roll with full stack of self buffs even tho peridots are bankrupting me and of course all maximum slots of clockwise for easy dispelling.

I just like to be prepared but if I was just afk grinding specters or something I wouldn’t keep it up .

I think I’m going high elf cleric in red 2.0 though. I’ve been Zaney long enough now I neee to be pretentious and effeminate, high elf style

^ yeah, and if I ever make it out to the scarecrows I probably won't bother with buffs, but I will if I / all and someone may show up.

Evvery once in awhile I run into another naked newbie, but I am not usually able to bring myself to fight them lol. We end up grouping sometimes, or I'll be out of range and just buff.

Still the best server and pvp is fun, red99 isn't riddled with FTE and camp /listers and people here know how to play without BiS.

You basically have to 2 box and have full buffs or you suck, so just do that or don't play.

No its because gear gaps are so big, if someone has full tov gear they got a big up on you, depending on class tho, there is bad players.
