Iksar race not a choice

Anyone know what might be causing Iksar to not show up on the character creation screen?

After about 100 tries of starting a new character, it pre-selected Iksar for me even without the button.

EDIT: Think I figured it out. I was able to create a new Iksar, but only after clicking on create new character and then clicking the back button, about 20 times or so.
I think the iksar is obviously a playable race, but the button at character creation for "Iksar" is not visible. You have to go keep pressing back until the game chooses Iksar for you, you can't select it manually. The race button for iksar is technically not there yet.

Problem confirmed, have to wait for the randomly chosen race to be Iksar to be able to creatte an Iksar.
