Log issue - Wavecrasher proc / breath of the sea

I was reviewing my logs and noticed that whenever this weapon procs, the text shows up in game, however I can't seem to find it in the log file. At first I thought this was something related to procs vs actual spells cast, but I then noticed other weapon procs did show up. With the lack of dot ticks showing damage like they used to - I was concerned maybe this weapon / spell are not working as intended?
