Launcher question

I'm sorry if I missed a thread on this. I just got the Titanium installed and the updated files. I launched using the everquest.bat file and it goes to a launcher that is very blurry and doesn't seem to recognize my Account name or password. Is this the wrong launcher? It is still SOE background.
