Forage bugged out in OOT, plus "exploit" message

While fishing in OOT started getting "Forage Error: Cursor not empty." message while cursor was empty (note: was fishing which also requires an empty cursor). Also got the message "No Drop Exploit: Items Destroyed" when dropping a Tattered Cloth Sandal after the first bogus forage error.

Followup: When I left OOT, a nodrop saltwater seaweed and some of the fishscales & fish I had dropped into inventory disappeared from inventory, a tattered cloth sandal appeared in inventory, and about a dozen items returned from fishing that I had dropped to the ground or into inventory appeared on my cursor.
