Screwed up on my Druid epic, what to do?

I screwed up and gave the Fleshbound Tome not to Althele but to the next NPC Ella Foodcrafter. How to I fix my screw up? Is it possible?

Just have to re-do the first few steps until you're back at the EK part.

Thanks. I had to leave for work shortly after my screw up and didn’t know if I could restart from the first guy or not. Is it true the NPC I have to turn into is a triggered one and not the Anthle (sp?) at her normal spot near the water?

I believe you start and stop with Althele. She gets the coin that you get from Telin. Then she gets the Tome at the end and will give you a note for Ella.
