Noclin's Pet in Paineel should be level 4

Currently it is level 1, based on I assume the geocities.com/ficticiousname9 dumps, where he is indeed listed as level 1.

However every other source has him at level 4.

Everlore quest page for this quest, in the quest description, it describes the guy getting 'whooped' by the pet on Feb 21st 2000 which I would hazard to guess means he was higher than level 1:

I'm going to hazard a guess that the dumps were either done very soon after Paineel release and he was bugged, then fixed by Feb 20th-ish, or else he was always level 4 and it was just a data error.

Paineel has a little garden that is great for low levels. Almost anything is in range except noclin his pet and the guards. IF you see noclins pet and you cant take it run. IF you can kill it attack i have gotton 5pp off of him and some bone chips.

Found a good quest already. Near the newbie hunting grounds is an NPC named Noclin Sath(?) who tells you about his pet who broke free and is rampaging through the training grounds. If you bring him proof of it's demise, he'll reward you. Inside the newbie grounds there is a spawn point where about 8 decaying skels pop at once. Sometimes, one of them is a level 4 aggro named skeleton called Noclin's pet. Killing him gives you a no drop Femur. Turning this in to Noclin gets you the following:
