Live's spell particles on Green?

Anything like this confirmed working for green? As much as I enjoy red dots for lightning (sharing the same force-type gfx) instead of a giant bolt of lightning striking them from the sky~ I'd love this. I remember working on a similar project long ago.

well for starters you can modify your own files as there is hd texture packs
but because it's not classic you might get push back
