what the fuck here i was sleeping and having a good time and "realized im not good at translating sound effects into text" and then "wait nevermind it was kinda like a cat walking through whole coffee bean bag chairs" kinda sound

shot up, scared my cat and went into game/doll room and dog was standing at the ready to attack whoever was making those sounds in my head.

But my PC was off. I only started playing again for like a week and already stuff like this is happening and I do not like it.

The syndrome is know as “sleep paralysis” but the symptoms can be much more varied. Aside from the namesake, feeling awake but unable to move, you can also have audio and visual hallucinations. Not terribly uncommon especially if you’ve been subjecting you eyes and brain to additional screen time. If they keep persisting their are some steps you can take but should resolve on their own.
