Kalayia Woodwhisper missing Vial of Tunare's Breath

Kalayia Woodwhisper should "Always" drop a Vial of Tunare's Breath. I killed her an hour ago and no Vial.

This is part of the Paineel The Summoning of Fright quest line.

Paineel Quest Giver: Sern Adolia is not replying to quest text on Green for the The Summoning of Fright quest line.

Shouldn't these quests be here with the Paineel release?

In case this is helpful, the below two noted quests do not appear to be in game yet on Green. Quest mobs do not reply to quest text. Rare mobs throughout the world that "Always" drop the quest items are not dropping the quest items.

However Nivold Predd DOES reply to quest text for The Summoning of Dread. So one should assume the Dread Forged Shield can be obtained but not the clickie Fear Mask nor clickie Helm?

There may be an issue where some scripts and items are ruled for April 2000 and others February 2000 because April is when many deity quests were implemented. We will need to verify which era these belong in.

Everlore quests page for Paineel seems to have both of these quests (and others), capture is dated March 3rd 2000.

Backing this up further, there is a newsgroup post about Lord Soptyvr and his lens being "for a Paineel quest" as of late Feb 2000 (Mask of Terror):

By the way, I had bugged him to be era-ruled for Paineel a little while back, I believe he was spawning on Green before Paineel dropped:

Can you confirm that the mask from the Summoning of Terror quest will have the Call of Bones click?

Rogean performs the patches, so only he knows when.

It looks like Both versions of the mask exist, but if the next patch isn’t until Kunark, then the call of bones version will not have time to appear on green.

That would majorly suck if it doesn't get patched soon. I made my Human Inny Cleric to be a skeleton for a little while :(

i leveled up a cleric to 28, to then see that Paineel is out. Rerolled, now my human innu cleric is 25. waiting for these quests to be fixed yesterday.

She still isn't dropping the vial. I didn't think to look at the bug report forum before camping it. From what I gather, the server needs to be patched and it is unknown when that will occur. I am just wondering as a player how will I know when that happens? Will it be the next time I need to download patch files? Or would a server reboot be enough? I've not played on this server in a while so I'm not even sure how often that happens.

I saw on the wiki timeline that October 2nd corresponded with the March 2000 patch (patch 12). Other than that, it looks like Kunark will be the next one? So, I'm guessing that would be a pretty safe bet?

Servers need to be reset for these quests to be fixed. so we are at the whim of Rogean to reset servers or wait for kunark server reset.

I have to check the bank, but I think my basalt drake scales got wiped. They were already dropping (correctly) for Totemic Cloak quest

Server resets wouldn’t affect anything in scripts or database without a patch first.
