Targin the Rock

According to the wiki timeline, with Paineel released at the date of this post we're in the Feb 2000 era. Reports on the forums from researching players have shown screenshots of Targin the Rock dating 17 Dec, 1999 (which is about July 2020 on the p99 timeline).

By all indications, he should be spawning... is there any details on when this will be fixed? I would love to finish the quest. Thank you.

There has not been a patch since this was fixed in May.
