Heck most of the servers are not listed in legends. Just The Hidden Forrest is up. And Rogean's Code Cave locked.

If they are gone - you just go right on ahead and write a pretty note over under petitions/exploits :) bear in mind...they DO check EVERY detail of reimbursements and do in fact verify you had the items in that bag before it poofed. and they do not like liars. :) (not that you are lying...i'm just -sayin- arbitrariliy-like.....)
