Looks like Lighthouse would be a good match for you. We are a laid back bunch of people who like to raid on a scheduled basis (4 times a week, 4-8PM EST) and sometimes take on contested targets.

Lighthouse is the core of what is known on the server as the 'Lighthouse open raidforce' which means anyone can raid with us, regardless of guildtag, as long as they're cool people and are willing to take part in our DKP system at https://p99lighthouse.com.

So anyone can raid with us, it takes character to represent the Lighthouse guild and wear its tag :cool:
