In an alternate reality where Luclin and PoP didn't exist? I would actually play on Live if the most recent expansions felt anything like original EverQuest, but they don't.

I think something based on Mistmoore/undead/necromancer type themes could have been a good 4th installment. If I had all the time in the world I'd start designing :p
