Knight of Satir in Karnor is bugged

Now it seems never drop Runed blade in its loot table since about a month ago.

It’s his equivalent to a tranquil staff on skeleton warlord. Most npc in KC have a common, a rare and a 1%.

I’ve been after one for years and they are pretty rare. Seen a couple drop but i can never win roll or bribe winner.
