Does worn flowing thought 1 & 2 stack?

Hey all - Does worn flowing thought 1 & 2 stack?

Example:

If i had Crown of Narandi (https://wiki.project1999.com/Crown_of_Narandi) and Runed Coldain Prayer Shawl (https://wiki.project1999.com/Runed_Coldain_Prayer_Shawl) would they stack and give 3 mana / tick or would the helm override the shawl and I'd get 2 mana / tick?

Yes. Flowing thought stacks when the pieces give different values.
