Out of 257 Shadowed man kills, they only dropped 2 books

From wiki on Icy Goblin and appears correct to me. (Icy Goblin) "Spawns in the center cell of the jail area. Probably a 20% drop on a 20% spawn. With the 22 minute spawn timer in Permafrost, this camp is a hefty one."

Pay the 1.5k, you can make way more plat/exp somewhere else in the time it took to camp everything.

Can definitely agree that the icy goblin is annoying, and this was on blue at 57 with a Monk pet wrecking the whole area.
