After 30 minutes, I filled Penance bag, and turned both the bag and tome into Master Niska. (Lost both items) and no shackle of dust. Did the quest again. filled the penance bag and gave it and tome to GM Glox this time just in case. Lost both items and no shackle of dust in return. Please fix the shackle of dust quest and return the 2 items or just reward the shackle of dust. Thanks - Nebuta
