I got Felia Goldenwing to spawn in SF for chanter epic.. I don’t think she is KoS as it says on wiki cuz I let her pathe around other mobs and was not attacked. Did turn in for chanter piece, and left her up. If chanters need this part of epic go check SF... took me 8-9 hours to spawn her.
