Cloth armor drops in Misty Thicket not useable by halflings

My halfling druid in misty thicket could not wear any of the small cloth armor drops. Upon armor inspection it is small but does not list Halflings as able to wear it.

I was able to equip small cloth armor as a halfling, so this seems to have been fixed at some point.
