This mob in Eastern Karana, for the Call of Flames ranger quest, is broken. Currently he hits for 305 damage when he should be hitting for around 120.

He hits that hard, he was a royal pain in the ass on live during this era.

Earliest I saw was 2003. I figured this wouldn't have changed, but it could have. I had no experience with it on live.

Change can be reversed if necessary.

1. He is level 53
2. He is overconned... he has quite a few HPs, but only max hits for around 110.
3. He summons, so don't even think about soloing him.

The main issue to remember, he is NOT soloable during this time.
Rangers that did it had EQ/AM3 and trueshot discipline plus gear that isn't in game.
Also remember due to the lateness of those posts AC/HP were seriously screwed beyond belief.
That ranger may have had over 2000AC so the damage being taken might not be entirely accurate.
