I was looking for my old link and it wasn't easy to find.

So i post it here again, maybe others have some fun with this as well.

"Thank you" to the creators of this.
Probably this could be made some kind of sticky or put somewhere to easy be found again to give those creators some credit?

(Maybe there is already but i didn't find it)

Reminds me of the old EQ ZoneViewer program back in the day. You could see any zone (just the zones, no mobs) as it was in game, walk / fly about and explore as you will. There are a BUNCH of old maps that were done using this program as this base. It was pretty neat, in that you'd start out in the character select "world" and could walk around in it.. even going to CS Home (Sunset Home I think the zone was called?). Anyway, good find.

That's pretty neat. Could really use at least a marker for true north, or a whole compass. just a red dot for north would suffice tho.

I remember years ago in EQ on my Ranger. Was looking for places to solo to make some cash. Went to Beholder's maze. Pretty neat area. Was soloing Evil Eyes. Some decent gem drops . Then main evil eye charmed me. Yes it was a chanter. Charmed me, buffed crap outta me. Parked me next to it. Then sicked me on a low level player and made me kick his butt from here to next week . LOL

ffff so much power.

There were some EQ EMU servers that allowed you to have GM powers so you could mega invis yourself and make full heal hot keys and such and explore with impertinence it was nice but they didn't let you learn say P99 mechanics because they were based on /random code so mostly the map link above is just as good or better, pretty much.

Amazing

Ok, this is really kinda trippy. If you go into the Original EQ tutorial zone and head over to the graveyard.. this is one of those graves...

Prophetic?

Filthy casual here, never got above lv40 before I retired on p99, being able to "run" around zones I've not been near since classic retail is fun. Just wish there was proper lighting and merbs.
