Hi, wondering if anybody knows when the spell Modulating Rod will be added to the game? The wiki simply states "classic" but doesn't give an exact timeframe. I checked the listed vendor for the spell but it wasnt there, hence the question. Thanks.

There are several upcoming patches these months and maybe that spell is included there. Can't tell you more as the specific spell isn't listed in the notes there, only the most important stuff. Maybe you're lucky this month?
