Thulian Wand Missing From phantasms in Plane of Fear

The wizard wand drop from phantasms in Plane of Fear is missing.

The loathling lich drops the Wand of Confalgration in Plane of Hate for Wizard and apparently the phantasm is suppose to drop Thulian Wand in Plane of Fear.

This item should be added to phantasms in Plane of Fear on all the servers.

Once this is added, that will mean every int caster class has two wands--one from hate and one from fear--except chanters, which currently only have wand of allure from fear.

It seems overwhelmingly probable that Wand of Swiftness was a classic hate drop, though I personally haven't looked for any in-era evidence yet.

I feel this item is not currently dropping and it should.

Once this wand and the wizard Thulian wand are added then each caster will have their proper 1 clicky wand drop from each plane in order.
