Invigorate on SK Velious Breastplate healing significantly less than it should

I have a lvl 51 shadowknight with Blood Lord's Breastplate. Clicking it heals 63hp. According to https://wiki.project1999.com/Invigorate it should heal 100hp.

Clickies and procs should not scale with level. Should be a consistent number from 1-60. This has been broken on p99 forever.

even if this were the case, then it should be 90hp, not 63.

Yes, I just noticed this today after spending 40k (you have no earthly idea how long it took me to make that money!!!) My Grand Master's Chest Wraps are healing for 63.

As I explained in another thread:

"Okay, I think I figured out what's going on. There's a 10% penalty (for whatever reason) from the raw healing data posted on the website regarding invigorate (the upper amount listed is woefully incorrect). The amount is 71 (L1) to 100 (L30). This amount *.9 (10% penalty) is 63.9 (L1) to 90 (L30). However, the Grand Master's Chest Wraps are healing for 63 (L1 amount rounded down). So, there you have it. A bug, plain and simple.

I'll go post on the bug forums."

So, since my friend has the White Lotus version, it must be that Grand Master's Chest Wraps specifically are bugged not to scale with level. Blood Lord's Breastplate as well.

My lvl 51 rogue also has an invigorate BP and it heals for 90. Something is wrong here.

90% of 100 is correct. Heal BPs were this way until 2002.

Reporting that Thurg BP for Warrior is only healing for 63. Like Trivonus, I spent significant time/resources for that thing.

Just confirmed today that my Malevolent breastplate is healing for 90 at level 55.

Curious, is it just the Thurg melee Bps? My rogue SS bp does 90

An FYI- thurg warrior bp (Champion’s) still healing only 63hp per cast. Cobalt Bp still heals correct amount of 90hp. Is there any way to know if this bug might be addressed?
