Inny will make it easier to set up shop in neriak. Berty won't do much for you, though it's probably slightly less of an overall faction hit.

Firstly, glad you're going Human Necro. Rare breed, best FQ.

Secondly, I'd go Bertox simply for having the coolest damn guild hall in the game. I have been able to sell and bank just fine in Neriak with Bertox, but I was KOS to the casters guild. Not a big deal though IMO, I can't confirm that this would be different with Inny.

Probably more about roleplay value at that point.

Bertox is prime necromancer faction IMO. God of plagues and disease.

Inny is more SK territory.
