Palatos in east freeport is not responding to anything
In this quest, the painting (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=384), he should respond to hails, to the line 'Danaria sent me' and to giving him 4 Capt. Orlin's Spiced Ale
this was posted and supposedly fixed (http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=11894&highlight=palatos) last year, but it's broken again.
