you betcha. it can be MQd to Lhaeo in TD. if you want to MQ it to a buddy or for plat, you would (first turn in) hand Lhaeo the reference and then your budy / customer would (second turn in) hand the Robe of the Whistling Fists. and Boom you made someone happy which reciprocates though everyone
