There was much discussion within the Raid Committee.
Here is our findings and judgement.
Riot and RNG competing for Doze.
RNG gets FTE on doze, Riot had the train out mobs aggrod and started a train out, but flopped them causing RNG to wipe.
Chain of events:
Wigging runs down to aggro trash(most likely to train out)
RNG FTE on Doze
RNG raid runs in to assist with their FTE.
Wigging flops, training RNG.
Wigging or the secondary train out should have trained it out to west exit pad and communicated in a public channel that train out was then being dropped.
It is never ok to start a train out and flop the train just because you lost the FTE. You must finish the train out to prevent any raid interference.
Action:
Riot is raid suspended for a total of 7 days from TOV ONLY (including HoT) starting 4/24/2020 at 8:00AM EST.
A member snapshot of Riot has been captured, all players between now and the end of the suspension is bound by this judgement.
We don't believe there was any kind of kind of ill intent here and it was just a wrong place, wrong time.
You will notice the suspension is not immediate. We would like to try leaving a grace period in so guilds can try and negotiate. If the guild that put in the original complaint would like to pull it back, that is up to them and this suspension becomes void.
