West Karana poison merchant only had poison vials/container/suspensions yesterday, but no herbs at all. Was this recipe added later, nerfed without me realizing, or is this maybe just a bug?

Is there a vendor that sell poison mats? I have checked for the WK poison vendor repeatedly and he never has them.

Yeah, his name's Glindil Toxfodder, and he's the only place to get Thorny Ergot and Delphinium. And he doesn't have them :_(

There's also unique poison herbs sold in most (all?) rogues guilds on one of the vendors, at least the one in Neriak has theirs on Green
