Bear Hide Armor (Chanda Miller)

Chanda Miller seems to give the wrong items for the bear hide quests. I've only tested each quest once but it went thusly:

I gave Chanda 21 gold and a high quality bear skin.
She gave me a Bear-hide Belt, rather than a cape.
I for sure had 51 gold and one of each skin in my bags beforehand, and now I was missing the high quality and was at 30 gold, so I'm sure I made no error.

Next I gave Chanda 15 gold and a medium quality skin.
She gave me a Bear-hide Cape, rather than boots.

Finally I gave her 5 gold and a low quality.
She gave me the Bear-hide Boots, rather than the belt.

In short, you can get all three items, but it seems the rewards have somehow been shuffled.

She is bad with money if someone gives her just a pelt. This is what happened before you arrived.

She had a spare lq hide so used the 5+ gold you gave her to finish the quest. This meant she now had a spare hq from what you gave her, so next time you gave her gold she had accumulated enough to give a reward for that. This meant the mq pelt you gave her was spare in her inventory. This is why next time you gave her money she finished the boot quest. The LQ pelt you gave her means the next time anyone gives her money ahe’ll dish out a belt as reward.

When doing this quest, if she gives you the wrong reward just give her more gold and she’ll eventually hand out the right one. She just needs to clear thru her stock of previous items first.
