How to set compatibility mode on a .bat file?

I've been crashing on the green server a lot also running a dual core processor doesn't help with other things, how would I run the bat file say in compatibility mode?

Yes I know how to do that on normal .exe files but.. "Launch Titanium" is a .BAT file, no option to change compatibility.

You dont have the change the compatibility of the batch file. Change the executable its calling.

Change eqgame.exe's compatibility mode and use the batch file to launch it
