Rogean answered a lot of questions about new Red in a Discord chat posted here a couple weeks ago.

Basically he wouldn't mind merging Red to Blue and restarting it (IIRC), but Nilbog doesn't feel the same way. So the OP should probably address his pleas to the big N, not the big R.
