Wiki has Dyllin Starsine on Qeynos Corrupt Guards, and Bloodsabres factions. A smuggler is apparently on Qeynos Corrupt Guards, Highpass Guards, and Highpass Merchants.

I’ve 100% bombed Corrupt Guards and Bloodsabres by doing Rabid Pelts, Gnoll Fangs and Bandit sashes in Qeynos. Bandits do raise Highpass Guards but I doubt that will balance anything out.

Anyone have experience camping Dyllin while KOS to the other mobs near him? I’m worrried I may have to try and sit Invis for 7 hours.

Could always park a non KOS character there and then log your toon when he pops.

A level 1 Halfling rogue, perhaps. Their 50 sneak and 50 hide will get you there with a little patience.

You should be ok if you stay outside the lv45 aggro range in that corner where the hand cursor is.

Pull the guy to that corner when his friends wander away, you should have about a minute before they come back if you time their wanderings right. They have an asynchronous path so eventually they both go down that long tunnel to give each other the reacharound.

A lot of the zones have non-classic info due to subsequent updates but for the zones that work this site is a real gem.
