solo charming, i usually dizzy draught, tash, then charm.
ive been gone for a few months so im not sure if some change has been implemented, but twice, in lowerguk at the king camp this happened
draught, tash, break, hit me dead
second time
draught, tash, break, hit me dead
its interesting to note i never got a break message either time, which makes me think something is fishy. it "broke" upon the casting of tash twice.

charm is dead. its been nerf to ashes. start another toon or wait for a fix.

Basically all of your solo tools are gone now.
*Every hit has a chance to break Whirl/Draught. This is 100% classic AFAIK.
*Lull now has a much higher critical resist (i.e. everyone comes after you) rate. This is also 100% classic AFAIK.
*Charm lasts about 1/3 as long. No one really knows whether this is classic or not.
IMO they overnerfed charm by about a factor of 2, but I doubt anything will be changed. So either get used to the grouping enchanter with stuns and slows and buffs, or play another tune, or spend more time with your girlfriend.

I'm not sold that Whirl and Draught should behave the exact same way.
D.D.Draught's duration was always balanced by the fact that the refresh time on the spell was so long.
Also Draught has a melee and debuff and mana drain component, so it would make no sense for melee damage to eliminate the debuff instantly.

I think draught is overnerfed, as well as charm duration. However you can still solo, just use lvl 4 mezz instead of draught, and learn to use your aoe stuns, instead of whirl. Keep runes up for the charmbreaks, and keep the mob you fighting rooted. And the critical calm ressists are pretty rare if you have maxed cha, and its not so hard to max cha.
