Nope, but ADD had enough overlap to make me the weird kid growing up. Elementary school scars lasted a long time from that, think till my early 30s. Hyperfocus let me play EQ 15+ hours a day.

There isn't a "No" or "No, but ADD" option.

I faked being a normie by watching the psychologist’s iris throughout the appraisal. She thought i was making eye contact where in fact I was just looking for patterns.

I thought it doesn't exist anymore?

Just because it doesn't exist, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. They shouldn't have changed it. A high-functioning aspie isn't in the same bundle of sadness that comes with severe autism.

Flawed poll. Bush option should not be past tense.

I thought ADD prevented hyperfocus? Your attention being at quite a deficit?

ADD/ADHD is about attention regulation and executive function. I can focus on the wrong things every waking hour of the day, periodically screaming in my head what I actually need to do and not be able to switch tasks to that, what's important. If something becomes interesting, my brain can hyperfocus locked in on it literally all day. It's a super power if you can get it to work on the right things, disabling/life-ruining if not. Sucks, because I'm otherwise super fucking smart, but it's awesome because my stressed-out, last minute productivity far exceeds the quality of the general population.
