Spells_us.txt error

I am trying to re-install EQ. i followed the set up guide. copied the files over my old EQ folder but i keep getting spells_us.txt (2238837824) error. I've tried copy and pasting the updated folder over and over. I dont even know where this file is located. How do i fix this?
