Frenzied Spirit triple attacks on green

I thought it seemed like wolfie was going a bit more apeshit than normal on the goblins at Jail in perma. Felt like he was wrecking stuff even when I didn't have him hasted. Then I noticed 3 49s appearing simultaneously in my little pet melee window... but he was tanking so I didn't know if maybe one was a riposte.

Next mob I tanked while pet beat on it from behind:

That ain't supposed to happen, is it? I don't remember it happening even previously on green... though maybe I just only managed to notice it now? That seems unlikely.

Looking at logs yesterday spent at goblin alchemist, I have apparently triple attacks from a lower-level pet also that were NOT ripostes:

Looked again just now at older fights and did find a triple back on the 10th from a minimum-level frenzied spirit, so I guess this has been happening for at least a while and I just wasn't noticing it:

I think that the log can look like a riposte causes a triple attack if you don't check for a nearby riposte message:

[Fri Jan 10 07:47:04 2020] Gobarn bites gnomish miner for 22 points of damage.
[Fri Jan 10 07:47:04 2020] Gobarn tries to bite gnomish miner, but misses!
[Fri Jan 10 07:47:04 2020] Gnomish miner tries to bash Gobarn, but Gobarn ripostes!

But the ones I've been showing didn't have any riposte messages near them (well except this last one, where the riposte-triple came only 2 seconds after an actual triple, heh).

Props to Tecmos for bringing this up! It would obviously be a detriment to his toon (having the pet *not* triple-attack) but he still posted the thread anyway. Cheers

So I take it there's a consensus that wolf pets shouldn't be doing this? Didn't want to bug report if someone who had more experience with shaman than I do said it was classic.
