mimic in Runnyeye shouldn't spawn until Picklaw revamp

Evidence:

1) Not listed in this spawn dump from a pre-revamp Runnyeye:

2) Its Everlore entry says it was 'New since the "rebirth" of RunnyEye':

Additionally, all the evidence I see from these links says that it drops no loot. I do not see any justification for its current loot table.

Currently on Project 1999 the mimic has a single item on its loot table: Words of Psyche.

I believe it is a leftover mob from the original EQEmu fork that just never got any attention.

The NPC spawn list I found here (late 1999, post-sol-ro-patch but pre-splitpaw revamp (November maybe?)) does not have the mimic in it for the runnyeye zone dump:
